▪ Responsible for taking incoming e-mails, calls and online service requests from clients
▪ Providing appropriate information to customers in regard to the products and its services.
▪ Take customer complaints, find a solution to the problem, compensate the customer and ensure the issue will
be resolved in the long term such as connectivity issues.
▪ Know how to reach an expert who will be able to provide the information
▪ Provide guidance to customers in choosing a service or a product
▪ Help customers set up new accounts, top up, move services and submit trouble tickets for service
▪ Responsible for compiling and submitting reports based on interfacing with clients.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

▪ Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of IT sales, marketing or promotion preferable as IT
supervisor, marketing supervisor with IT knowledge, helpdesk support, or IT executive.
▪ Holder of Bachelor degree, diploma or professional certificate related to Information system, Computer system,
Information technology, Business IT, Sales and Marketing with
▪ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
▪ Prior customer service experience preferred
▪ Experience working with MS Office Suite.
▪ Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities professionally
▪ Ability to follow documented processes and methodologies
▪ Excellent interpersonal, administrative and analytical skills
▪ Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
▪ Team player and able to work in stressful environment
