Update on Our Office Location: 
Our office has recently moved to Pun Hlaing Estate, Hlaing Thar Yar.

Key responsibilities       

  • Drive the churn prevention & retention from existing active user base of WavePay by designing special initiatives & programs.
  • Drive communication through the available digital tools, SMS, and other channels.
  • Support in building long-term customer and partner loyalty programs.
  • Cross functional collaboration with internal & external teams for implementation/ delivery of the desired programs.
  • Analyze the customer behavior through cohort analysis, funnel analysis etc. and present actionable insights with the leadership team and other verticals.
  • Prepare regular analytics for the base health, campaign performance and other KPIs, as may be required.
  • The ideal candidate would be proactively driving the necessary programs by taking initiatives.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Skill requirements
•    Working knowledge of MS Office – esp. Excel, Access. Knowledge of SQL, R, Python etc. would be a plus.
•    Minimum 3 years past experience in managing CVM/ CLM / Loyalty programs is mandatory.
•    Digital marketing exposure is desirable (esp. tool like Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Clevertap, Adjust etc.).
•    Experience in leading/ managing cross-functional program(s) would be preferred
