To assist supervisor to achieve the departmental target.
To keep and restore all occupied units and ready to sales room to be best condition
To fulfill customers’ requirement concerned with housekeeping service.
Act in a pleasant, cheerful and courteous way and alert at all times. Follow the telephone courtesy.
Has a good understanding of people, genuine interest in housekeeping service and thorough knowledge of guest facilities.
Handle the assigned unit properly.
Clean and set up the AE, Show room, O.C room, reservation room and vacant room properly. Check the unlock room.
Record the time In / Out for the unit cleaning and fill up the daily amenities used report form properly.
Set up the guest linen and amenities in the pantry properly.
Handle the guest complaint/request and inform to the supervisor/HK coordinator.
Handle the guest request according to the assignment.
Send the soil linens to the laundry.
Attend and participate in departmental meetings when directly assigned by HOD.
Attend the daily briefing conducted by Room Supervisor.
To provide the turn down service.
To perform the other duties assigned by Management.
To liaison with Tenant/ Guest to fulfill their requirement.
To liaison with Engineering, and front office to provide better housekeeping service.
To liaison with engineering and front office to complete customer’s complaint.
To work well in a team.
To assist supervisor.
To fulfill customer requirement.
To carry out the duty that prescribes by the Manager or Supervisor.
Room Attendant may be employed on a full-time, casual and usually work in shifts.
Room Attendant must be prepared to work irregular hours and to stand for long periods.
