• Conducting routine systematic safety audit / inspections.
• Oversee safety training and fire safety legal compliance.
• Investigate into any accident or any disease which took place within the company and recommend corrective action need to be taken to prevent recurrence.
• Review and formulate risk assessment accordance to guidelines
• Develop safety guidelines in accordance to Legislative Standards and WSH regulations.
• Oversee the departmental review of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) on existing and new chemicals.
• Conduct monthly or ad-hoc inspections for safety & health issues to ensure compliance to relevant regulations.
• Conducting monthly Safety (WSH) meetings.
• Act as Secretary to Workplace Safety and Health Committee.
• Responsible for occupational health programs as well as in emergency preparedness.
• Proper disposal of toxic substances or materials.
• Advise on chemical storage in accordance to WSH regulations or relevant regulations.
• Advise on M&E matters in accordance to WSH regulations or relevant regulations.
• Responsible for Risk Management Review process.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

• 3-4 years of experience as WSHO
• Possess a strong sense of professionalism and integrity
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
