  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to facilitate the sales process, including sales orders processing, prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts, and handle all related documentation accurately and in a timely manner as well as managing the documentation required for sales transactions
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and communicated to the appropriate departments. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate timely delivery of machinery to customers.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of sales orders
  • Maintain and update the sales database, including customer records, sales contract, sales activities, and relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities, schedule appointments, and arrange product demonstrations or site visits process (sales trips) as required.
  • Collaborate with the finance & account departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.

  • Any Graduate
  • Age must be between 20-35 years old
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a related role, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial equipment sales
  • Solid understanding of heavy machinery products and their applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with generating sales reports and presentations, can type Pyidaungsu font.
  • Familiarity with financial processes, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
