  • Collaborate closely with B2B and Wholesale teams to ensure smooth and seamless operations
  • Maintain and update accurate customer databases and sales records
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Manage payment requests and purchase requisitions in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support and prepare necessary documentation
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners
  • Perform other sales administration duties as assigned by management

  • Any graduate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
