-Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements to achieve company’s marketing goals.
-Analyzing market data and competitor’s behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
-Promoting the company’s brands and introducing new products to the market, responsible to increase brand awareness and market share.
-Co-ordinate with distributor and internal operation team for new production.
-Wholesalers (WS), Modern Trade’s daily report should be viewed and analyzed.
-Must be achieve sale target by monthly.
-Coaching and managing sale and marketing teams to meet sale and marketing human resource objectives.
-Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments.
-Performs other tasks assigned by relative person.
Open To
လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
B.A or B.S Degree or equivalent preferred.
5-7+ years experience in sale and marketing field.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills.
Superb leadership and collaboration capabilities.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors and customers.
The ability to work under pressure.
