*Assisting agreeing service levels, contracts and costs
*confirming customer names with airlines/hotels for ticket booking for Japanese customers
*collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
*Hotel reservation
*handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets
*Communicating with clients for necessary documents
*Daily communication with Japanese side for arranging
*Using booking software

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

*Bachelor Degree
*Other qualifications of business related will be advantage
*Good knowledge of customer service and reservation
*Good knowledge of booking and reservation softwares
*English (Upper Intermediate)/Japanese level N2
*Better have experience in related field
*Working day is Monday to Friday (Saturday is half)
*Working hour is 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
