Supervision of sales team performance including motivating, nurturing and training team to achieve and excel sale targets
Supervising daily sales operations and manpower planning to ensure that the outlets are always ready to serve customers
Ensuring proper sale transaction processing, monitoring inventory, reporting of sales results, sales team discipline monitoring
Attaining personal sales targets
Interacting and collaborating with other internal departments to ensure smooth retail operations

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’degree holder

3-5 year’s working experience in retail sale field.

Prefer with experience in healthy Lifestyle or wellness retail products

Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization

Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team

Good commands of English (Written and Speaking)

Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Pack such as Word, Excel and powerpoint
