- Bachelor degree holder.
- Minimum 2 years as a supervisor experience in FMCG
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Must be able to travel
- Good knowledge of MS Off
