  • Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and warehouse to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer orders and delivery status.
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales records systematically.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and basic product information professionally.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation as required.
  • Assist in basic inventory control related to sales and coordinate with the warehouse team.
  • Ensure filing and documentation are properly organized for audit and record purposes.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management related to sales administration.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any bachelor’s degree holder may apply.
  • Prefer Female candidates. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field, preferably in a factory or trading environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email) is required.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Ability to work systematically and complete tasks on time.
  • Team player and able to support other departments when required.
  • Candidates with experience in the Plastic Industry or Manufacturing sector will be given priority.
