Position Purpose

The Modern Trade Channel continues to grow and play a significant role for the JTI business.

With the growing importance it will require an incumbent to support the KA Manager in developing Modern Trade Channel growth Strategies and managing DSO operations with KA retailers.

 

Main Areas of Responsibility

 

Orders and Payments Management

  • Monitor key accounts' POs and provide timely feedbacks to the KA team
  • Monitor key accounts' APAR and provide timely feedbacks to the KA team
  • Conduct the relevant system modules through TME/Odoo systems to support the sales transaction, PRPO, and customer maintenance processes

 

Customer Data Management

  • Maintain an accurate customer profile across TME and other back-office systems to provide the KA team with accurate customer data

 

Supply Chain Management

  • Coordinate of all processes that leads to supply chain partners and internal/external stakeholders having a common goal, working towards the same objectives featuring transportation/delivery, storage, distribution processing and information processing

 

Document Management

  • Maintain the necessary documents (hard copy/soft copy) required in working with internal and external stakeholders (Display Agreements, Trading Terms Agreements, PR/POs, APAR Invoices, etc.)
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures regarding document storage, sharing, transmission, and destruction

  • University graduate
  • 1-3 years in any customer data maintenance or sales support relevant roles
  • Fluent in English
  • Has good commercial sense, customer service skills, sales support expertise. Familiar with MS applications and CRM software knowledge/usage.
