• 1) Day to day management of all aspects of the smooth running of Distribution.
• 2) Ensure individual sales, install and reload targets are met.
• 3) Investigate why targets are not being met and set out action plans in order to achieve targets.
• 4) Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
• 5) Lead sale team towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
• 6) Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and staff.
• 7) Monitor performance off all teams against individual and performance levels. Ensure targets are met and motivate staff to meet and achieve targets.
• 8) Responsible for the performance and development of the sale staff.
• 9) Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate the markets.
• 10) Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• 11) Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Provides timely, accurate, reporting to the distribution director.
• 12) Conducts proposal presentations and adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

• 5) Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
• 6) Understanding Internal customer focus, Relationship building, Team work and co-operation
• 7) Excellent Interpersonal skills, Communication skill
