Job Description

  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships for reliable sales of everyday wine as well as allocated wine.
  • Maintaining excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintaining a fully stocked store
  • Determine the needs and wants of customers
  • Recommend and present items that meet customer needs
  • Manage point of sale processes
  • Actively participate in receiving new shipments
  • Keep information about products up to date
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Minimum a degree holder in Sales, Marketing, Economics or business administration.
  • Qualification or Certification in Wine / Spirit such as WSET Level 1 or higher, would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Wine & Spirit or distribution companies
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive Customer Service Oriented Attitude Extremely Essential 
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
