• Monitoring daily activities of team member
• Make sure sales data entry for KPI report
• Identify Key Account prospects and evaluate their organization, industry and analyses sales options
• Identify opportunities to expand the business (inc. through partnerships, mergers and new markets)
• Identify opportunities to improve products and services from a customer satisfaction perspective or a profit perspective
• Evaluate the survey research and propose corrective actions
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for each of the Enterprises
• Evaluate the survey research and propose corrective actions
• Visit to enterprise / market as per daily scheduled sale plan
• Prepare progress status report of week sales planning
• Plan corporate customer list based on enterprise customer data base
• Manage all customer "touch-points" to make sure that the "voice of the customer" is monitored (inc. social media)
• Record and response to customer feedbacks
• Manage direct communication programs (e.g. letterbox deliveries, pamphlets handed out to customers)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Any Graduate
- At least minimum 4 years experience in Sales & Marketing field.
- Excellent good communication skills, negotiation skills, Analytical skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, Using Internet & E-mail).
