• Develop and implement effective strategies to promote corn raw materials and food packaging products in the market.

• Identify and explore new prospects and market opportunities through market research.

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Coordinate with distribution channels (wholesale, retail, food manufacturers, restaurants) to ensure smooth product flow.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities across relevant channels.

• Collect market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to prepare actionable reports.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, Packaging, Food Ingredients, or Raw Materials industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email, social media, and digital marketing tools.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to travel when required.
