• Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets.
• Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction.
• Manage responsibility for each member of the team to exceed goals in all sales targets
• Meet regularly with Sales & Marketing Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly report to marketing Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Handling the customer complain.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific services;
• Maintain customer records, using automated systems;
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements;
• Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications;
• Select the correct service or assist customers in making service selections, based on customers' needs, specifications, and applicable regulations
