Job Descriptions ( JD )

(1) Must Lead and initiate the Sales team properly under guide line of Sales Manager.

(2) Implement the sales plan and meet the sales target.

(3) Must present regularly the sales report to Sales Manager & GM .

(4) Focus the business strategy .

(5) Have to penetrate the market and achieve the market share against the competitors.

(6) Need to analyze the own market situation and discuss with sales team .

(7) Listen to feedback of customers / outlets ( retail & wholesales market ) and report
to Sales Manager in time.

Job Specification ( JS )

(1) Candidates have to achieve the Any Degrees .

(2) More prefer the Dip in Sales and Marketing Management .

(3) Need to have experience at least 5 years.

(4) Prefer the experience in related field as well as Construction, Batching plant as a Sales Executive .

(5) Must be influent in English language.( 4 skills ).
