  • Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target.
  • Responsible for carrying out prospecting calls.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s freight transportation services.
  • Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
  • Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers.
  • Responsible for aiding successful pick-up and delivering, and over the road assistance while   customers’ freight moves across worldwide Sea, Air and land.
  • Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one.
  • To prepare and submit weekly /monthly reports detailing progress against targets.
  • Strong ability to with strand stress and continues work.
  • Perform Cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor's degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged.
  • Minimum over two years of relevant work experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding field / Sales & Marketing.
  • Good command of English communication both of speaking and writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, attitude and team work.
  • Proficiency in computer, email, MS office, Excel skills.
  • Able to be works well under pressure.
