Job Description

Build and maintaining client relations

Manage, mentor, and lead sales team members and handling of Lower Myanmar.

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans

Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas

Oversee Day to Day Sales Monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market.

Stay up to date on current market trends.

Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.

Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Requirement
Any Bachelor’s Degree holder
