An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives. Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  •   Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members. Coordinate with the creative team for the production of marketing materials.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals and monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Develop and manage customer relationships and loyalty programs. Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  •  Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, CRM , potential sales , and areas of proposed client base expansion. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  •  Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  •  Proven track record of successful marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Age (25-45)
