  • To increase sales and profits, the Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, distribution, competitive strategy, trade promotions, and pricing activities
  • Responsible to hit monthly/quarterly/annual gross sales and revenue targets.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end Sales Management and get the feedback from all the customers for improvement.
  • Responsible for the sales management and initiate the sales-related activities, programs and to promote products.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Lead nationwide sale team members to achieve sale targets
  • Analysis, interpretation and reporting of sales results and suggest improvements
  • Manage, provide guidance to and set goals as well as KPI’s.
  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Monitor the sales performance of Sale & Marketing Managers and responsible for the team development and motivation.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduated
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
  • More preferable in FMCG Experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
