- Manage the sales team(both in Yangon and Mandalay branch) and all sales activities with daily and monthly schedules
- Create and implement Sales and Marketing strategy
- Prepare timeline & strategic plan to achieve company sales target
- Negotiate the contracts with the big project customer to get achievement for Hotels and other projects
- Report to Managing Director
- Follow up sales activities with clients and potential clients
- Monitor company sales KPIs and Sales Performance
- Develop new business opportunities with GPOs and other potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
- Work and communicate effectively with all department managers to develop long term strategic relationships
- Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value of company products solution
- Effectively manage large sales, complex contracts negotiations and close new business deals with potential customers
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Company revenue and profitability targets
- Prepare and give business reviews and presentations to the management team on a monthly basis
- Other duties may be assigned

Essential Qualification

Academic qualification must be master degree holder in any subject of economic, prefer to sales & Marketing and any other achievement
At least recent 3 year experience in management level (FMCG field is advantage )
Well versed with Microsoft especially Excel and Power point presentation
Excellent Presentation Skills, Leadership Skills and Analytical skill
Fluent in Business Communication in English
Fluent in Organizational communication
Ability to prepare proposal
