- Marketing concepts, staff management, customer relationship management, sales planning, competitive analysis, etc.
- Fluent in both Myanmar and English ( written & spoken )
- Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft suites, Excel & PowerPoint
- Lead and manage sales team
- Monitor and supervise day to day activity of sales team
- Provide leadership towards reaching the target and goal
- Protect Organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Able to drive car having valid driving license
