  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.‎
  • Lead and support the sales team, including performance management and training‎
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
  • Oversee market research, customer segmentation, and pricing strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders in the renewable energy sector
  • Track and report sales performance, revenue, and related expenditures to senior management
  • Report to HOD & BOD on strategic

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and Sales and Marketing, preferably in the service industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
