Lead the Sales and Marketing Department and direct the daily operations.
Responsible for resolving problems, identifying and analyzing market trends ; monitoring competitor activities, future trend and responding to customer needs.
Establish full-scale sales operations, monitor and manage sales invoices , accounts receiveable and sale transactions.
Maintenance and management marketing activities must be done successfully to meet the sales target.
Hold weekly meetings with sale team to address concerns and issues .
To summit monthly way plan, marketing plan and sale plan.
To check daily way plan and outlets list order for the next day.
Perform other related duties and required of the Sale Department.
