- Achieve sales target of the brands
- Achieve distribution targets of each brands within territory
- Carry-out key marketing initiatives in the assigned territory
- Provide sensible feedback from the assigned territory through timely and accurate submission of required reports

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Minimum bachelor’s degree, prefer business related degree holder.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same capacity from construction industry or from parallel industry.
- Good grasp of Yangon / Mandalay market specifically of the Construction Industry.
- Fluent in English and computer literate.
- Customer / client focus
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Good organizing skills and leadership abilities
- Possesses critical thinking skills and creative mind
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Has business acumen and result driven
- Able to travel across the country
