  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, PPC, and website platforms.
  • Lead content creation and manage online channels to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Oversee offline marketing activities including print ads, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Manage doctor relations and referral programs.
  • Supervise and guide the marketing team’s daily plans and activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze market trends, and allocate marketing budgets effectively.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years in a Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Healthcare marketing background is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
