(2) Representative ႏွင္႔အတူ Marketing Plan အတိုင္း Site Visit သြားေရာက္ရန္၊
(3) Site Visit သြားေရာက္ၿပီးပါက Site Visit Record တြင္ျဖည္႔စြက္ရန္၊ Site Visit Report အား Executive ထံသုိ႔သတင္းပုိ႔ရန္၊
(4) Site Visit သြားေရာက္ၿပီး Customer မ်ားထံမွ Order ရရွိရန္အတြက္ Site မ်ားအား Executive, Representative တုိ႔ႏွင္႔အတူ Follow Up ျပဳလုပ္ရန္၊
(5) Daily Sale ေရာင္းခ်မႈစာရင္းအား Record တြင္ျဖည္႔စြက္ရန္၊
(6) Daily Sales Voucher မ်ားအား လအလုိက္ စစ္ေဆးၿပီး Record ျပဳလုပ္ၿပီး သိမ္းဆည္းေပးရန္၊
(7) လတစ္လခ်င္းစီ၏ Contract & Quotation ထြက္ရွိမႈမ်ားအား Record ျပဳလုပ္ရန္၊
(8) Customer ႏွင္႔ခ်ဳပ္ဆိုထားေသာ Contract မူရင္းအား Finance သို႔ေပးပို႔ရန္၊
(9) ရုံးတြင္းစာမ်ား၊ Internal Communication မ်ားႏွင့္ Office Note မ်ားအား Record ျပဳလုပ္ၿပီး File အလုိက္ထိန္းသိမ္း ေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈမ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
(10) Email In/Out & Fax In/Out စစ္ေဆးရန္၊
(11) Daily Sales Summary မ်ား Report ျပဳလုပ္ၿပီး Manager သုိ႔အေၾကာင္းၾကားရန္၊
(12) လုိအပ္ပါက Executive, Representative တုိ႔ႏွင့္အတူ ရုံးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအား ကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
(13) ISO System အတိုင္းလုိက္နာေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
(14) အခါအားေလ်ာ္စြာ အထက္မွ ေပးအပ္သည္႔တာ၀န္မ်ားကို ထမ္းေဆာင္ရန္၊
