Plan and implement both offline and online marketing strategies
Collaborate with the sales team to execute effective sales-boosting initiatives
Organize product branding and promotional campaigns
Prepare and submit timely marketing reports

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' marketing experience, preferably in the poly bag or plastic packaging industry
Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in both English or Chinese (spoken)
