We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Team Leader to lead our sales force and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer and distributor relationships, and ensuring effective brand visibility and product distribution.
Key duties include:

• Leading the sales team to meet and exceed assigned sales targets and order volumes.
• Monitoring stock levels to ensure optimal inventory and healthy turnover.
• Visiting customers and distributors regularly within assigned areas, developing new clients and identifying new business opportunities.
• Enhancing the distribution of key SKUs by optimizing brand and package visibility.
• Negotiating and executing marketing promotions with outlet owners and distributors.
• Positioning coolers strategically according to the annual plan and maintaining them in good condition.
• Implementing in-store merchandising strictly in line with the Picture of Success guidelines.
• Resolving customer issues promptly and nurturing strong customer relationships.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a managerial or leadership role within the trading industry.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
