Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, email and digital outreach
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored digital solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Attend client meetings (onsite and virtual)
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve issues quickly.
  • Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate (Diploma or certificates in Business, Marketing and Sales)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales. 
  • Preferred experience in B2B sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to meet clients and travel when required
  • Basic understanding of chatbots, social platforms, or digital solutions
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and team player
