• Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s products.
• Researching the target market and finding companies to target.
• Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
• Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
• Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.
• Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.
• Entering all required data for sales onto the company system.
• Creating invoices and sending out to customers following a sale.
• Updating the CRM and inputting information on customers.
• Following up with past customers and cross selling products.
• Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
• Following up on leads generated by other departments.
• Investigating and resolving queries from customers.
• Identify and follow up on sales opportunities online, on site, off site according to strategic plan.
• Identify and understand clients’ needs and communicate how our services can address them.
• Process sales through to full payment.
• Provide ongoing support to clients with B2B admin.
• Respond to client inquiries as needed.
• Record information as required and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure important information is transmitted to relevant staff and departments

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Fluent and proficient in both English and Myanmar
• Passion for excellence
• An understanding of the GPS Tracking Software industry is helpful but not necessary
• Proven basic CRM and ZOHO knowledge
• 3 - 5 years of relevant sales experience
• Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated track record in B2C and B2B sales
• Basic computer skills (Office, Gmail)
• Professional presentation
• Bachelor’s degree
