• Achieve sales target and other set objectives.
• Find and develop relationship with panel contractors & retailers
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve higher market penetration
• Specification of the LV products and accessories with consultants, investors and Panel Builders
• Identify customers' needs and explore new specifications opportunities with existing or new accounts
• Negotiation and conclusion of sales with customers
• Make sales and marketing presentations to prospective accounts
• Co-ordinate with respective internal teams on technical, quality and delivery issues
• Follow up and close projects in cooperation with Yangon technical support team and BD team as well as distributors and local partners for Upper Myanmar.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in industrial/electronic/electrical/mechatronic engineering
• Strong motivation for Business development
• Familiar with Myanmar panel builders environment and construction economic chain
• Prior technical sales experience- at least 3 to 5 years with distributors or panel builders, or leading circuit breaker/panel manufacturers.
• Knowledge of Legrand and/or competitors offer in LV required-circuit breakers and accessories/busduct/capacitor banks
• Ability to communicate well with people from all types of industries and with all levels of management
• Proven sales track record- references
• Able to communicate in English and Computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Able to travel to other cities
• Able to work in autonomy with reduced supervision
