Greet customer and introduce company products with detail information
Consult the customers of tour packages and customize plan depend on customer’s need.
Prepare and calculate for the packages
Ensure customer is being informed timely
Maintain Service standard and provide excellent customer service
Work together with office team for necessary arrangement
Propose and plan for new marketing tools for tour desk
Propose new product to Sales Manager according to customer request
Propose and implement for B2B marketing and sales for tour desk
Conduct competitor analysis including price comparison of car, flight, and others suppliers

Proven related experience of travel industry
Excellent customer service skill
Pleasant interpersonal skill
English language (intermediate level)
Japanese language will be advantage
Other related certification of business management
