  • Check for stock at HO or order requested for customers.
  • Ring up purchase
  • Elevate complaints to management
  • Keep track of inventory
  • Helps customer with their needs
  • Schedule sales activity and follow up
  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • Make a sales call to new and existing customers
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential customers
  • Negotiate with customers
  • Maintain sale activity records and entry correct information regularly using MS office/ ledger book
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • Receiving orders from customers, making invoice, quotation and key in details information
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
  • Carry out market research and surveys weekly, monthly practice
  • Participate in sales events
