1. Dealing with prospective customers and showing the products.2. Convince the customer to buy the product and negotiate the sales and close the sales professionally.3. Maintain relationships with clients by providing relevant information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profitable opportunities.4. Trying to be proactive in selling properties by achieving of the marketing sales targets.5. Dealing with the homeowner at Land Grant Transactions.6. Follow up on payment collection.7. Handling customer enquiries and coordinating with other departments and entities for Homeowner’s requirement.8. Supporting the Directors, Sales & Marketing Managers and other colleagues.9. Achieving the sales targets and sales quotas.10. Achieving the assigned personal daily sales calls, telephone calls and prospect research targets and quotas.

1. Any graduate2. Age between 20 to 30 years old 3. Fluent in Burmese, English (Chinese is a plus)4. 2 years or more of sales experiences in Real Estate 5. Build-up networks and contacts in real estate industry6. Self-motivated and hard working7. Good communication skill and salesmanship
