  • Guide and motivate the sales team to help them achieve both individual and team targets.
  • Help create and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Monitor sales results, study trends, and provide useful suggestions for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work together with the marketing team to run promotional campaigns and sales activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to share with management.
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Graduate 
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Thorough understanding of Yangon map and each township for creating effective sale route plans
  • Ability to drive vehicles (both bikes and cars) with a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to use computers (Microsoft Office, excel and)
