  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, event organizers, and walk-in customers.
  • Promote birthday party packages, membership programs, group bookings, and special events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-up communication.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in staff training related to sales and customer service standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, recreation, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Powerpoint; knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Team player with leadership potential.
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
