A. Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, batteries, off-grid/on-grid systems, and complete solar project solutions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Conduct site surveys and collect necessary technical data for system design.
Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and solution presentations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and meet KPIs set by management.
B. Project Coordination
Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare system design and project plans.
Communicate customer requirements clearly to project and technical teams.
Conduct pre-installation and post-installation customer follow-ups.
Support the project team during installation and commissioning (if needed).
Ensure timely project handover to clients.
C. Customer Relationship Management
Provide product knowledge and technical explanations to clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues.
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive brand reputation.
D. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
Share insights with management to support future strategies.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and pipeline reports.
Attend training, exhibitions, and company events.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Electrical, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in solar, electrical products, inverters, or project-based sales.
Experience in solar EPC or power system projects is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of solar energy systems, inverters, and electrical concepts.
Ability to read basic technical drawings and system designs (preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Computer proficiency: MS Office, email, quotation preparation.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
Willingness to travel for site visits and project coordination.
