We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a proven track record in sales and a passion for coaching and developing talent. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, guiding your team to achieve ambitious targets, and driving revenue growth for the company.

 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team
  • sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and ensure the
  • company's strong market presence.
  • Set sales targets, create performance plans, and provide regular coaching and feedback to team
  • members.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales and marketing strategies.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, with a consistent track record of
  • exceeding targets. Previous leadership or mentorship experience is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling
  • presentations and effectively negotiate.
  • Teamwork: A strong collaborator with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
  • environment and inspire others.
  • Attitude: A positive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and leadership.
  • Work Ethic: A dedicated and hard-working professional committed to achieving excellence.
  • Adaptability: A fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new product knowledge, market dynamics,
  • and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
