  • Team Supervision: Manage and support the sales team, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Create detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work with marketing and service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experiences.
  • Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to improve the sales team's effectiveness.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the heavy machinery service sector, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Industry-specific certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are preferred.
  • Good in English 4 skills and Microsoft Office 365
  • Good communicaition and interpersonal skills
