 Develop and deploy a solid distribution to provide an excellent experience of our customers.
 Achieve targets for sales revenue, active customers, and agents.
 Responsible for ensuring the right visibility at the point of sales.
 Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
 Prepared sales report by monthly, quarterly and annually margin forecasts.
 Preparing and implementation sales action plans for sales routes, make regular calls/visits, etc.
 Prepare and timely reports to senior management.
 Managing the sales team and all sales activities within the company.
 Carrying out sales training with sales executives and role playing sales techniques.
 Setting sales targets and activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
 Arranging to attend industry conferences and events, local and overseas.
 Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
 Attending key meetings with members of the sales team players.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

 Bachelor Degree in Diploma of Sales and Marketing Management, Business Administration
 Proven work experience at least 3 years in Cosmetics, Personal Care Distributions Sector as a Sales Manager
 Understanding and knowledge of Sales and Marketing
 Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
 Strong business presentation skills
 Strong knowledge of data analysis and report writing
 Ability to work under pressure
 Excellent of MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related Social Media
 Excellent of English 4 Skills
