This role is a great opportunity to build and grow the sales department. We are looking for people who can dream big and build a strong foundation to achieve these big goals. Big picture thinking, strong management skills and hard work are crucial.
To increase sales and profits, the Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, distribution, competitive strategy, trade promotions, and pricing activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Establish sales goals with Commercial General Manager.
2. Create and implement strategies to achieve agreed upon goals.
3. Create and manage budget.
4. Manage, provide guidance to and set goals as well as KPI’s.
5. Analysis, interpretation and reporting of sales results.
6. Support new product development efforts with the Production departments.
7. Recruit, retain and train talent for the Sales Department.
8. Create and monitor sales incentive plans for the sales team.
9. Keeping up to date with product and competitors.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- University Graduate, A Diploma (or) Certificate in Sales is preferred.
- Local Nationality only.
- Age between (30 to 45) years.
- At least 5 years experience in FMCG sales & marketing field.
- Fluent in English and in Burmese.
- Computer literate – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-mail.
- Must have knowledge in Location - Yangon Area.
- Willingness to travel and work outside working hours if needed.
