As the Sales Manager for the Solar Project Department, you will lead the sales team, build strong client relationships, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth in the fast-growing solar energy market. The role focuses on team performance, market analysis, branding, and relationship building to increase the company’s competitiveness and customer base.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and market changes to stay ahead.
  • Lead and support the sales team, including performance management and training‎
  • Ensure strong internal communication and goal alignment within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Address client complaints professionally and support after-sales service Engineer Team.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Engage and coordinate other departments in preparation and execution of project plans through completion.
  • Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with the client, ensuring that their needs and expectations are being met.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (EP), Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years experiences in project management.
  • Age under 40 years is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
