- Must be highly organised in order to manage their territory and time.
- Responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
-Develop and assist in the assignment of individual sales and expense budgets for each Sales Representative in accordance with company goals and budgets.
- Must be travelling.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- At least 5 years experience in related field
- Any graduated with diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in commercial's Tyre Sales
- Strong problem solving skill and negotiation skill
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization and customer
- Ability to travel to villages and remote locate
- Computer literate
- Good at English Language
- Have a driving license
