  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in a simple and clear way.
  • Provide consultations to customers regarding solar energy benefits, installation process, and financing options if available.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely installation and after-sales service.
  • Ensure showroom displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked with marketing materials.
  • Assist in arranging promotional materials and campaigns within the showroom.
  • Report customer feedback and market trends to the management team.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information regularly.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports and submit to the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for stock availability and order fulfillment.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in solar or electrical products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus (training can be provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales tools.
