Conduct area surveys to assign dealers and ensure that sales targets are achieved.
Report survey findings to the relevant manager in a timely manner.
Verify that dealers are operating and distributing motorcycles in accordance with the Dealer Contract.
Systematically maintain accurate records of dealers’ names and addresses.
Ensure the timely distribution of required promotional (POP) materials and gifts to each dealer.
Supervise the proper distribution of gifts for the Mini 3S Showroom Promotion.
Liaise with relevant parties and take responsibility for Vehicle Inspections (Yin-Sit-Maint) for motorcycles purchased by dealers, when required.
Manage motorcycle ownership records for motorcycles purchased by dealers.
Foster strong relationships with dealers through consistent and effective communication.
Ensure dealer compliance with the company's policies and brand standards.
Assist the General Manager and Dealer Development Manager with assigned tasks, as required.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time.
