  • Responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Need to achieve KPI and drive to achieve individual team.
  • According to the assigned area to visit existing and new customers by route.
  • Develop new customers/distributors and search for new opportunities.
  • Monitor the performance of sales teams and support the necessary guidance to improve efficiency.
  • Experience in FMCG distribution or cosmetics/personal care highly preferred.
  • Accountable for data integrity.
  • Negotiate with customers about market activities and implement them accordingly.
  • Help customers settle issues and keep the good customers relationship.
  • Supervise sales team, receive and report on all sales leads
    Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor Degree, preferred diploma in sales and marketing
  • 3-4 years’ previous sale experience and retail management in FMCG field
  • Experience in FMCG distribution or cosmetics/personal care highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to help you to collaborate with your team to achieve the sale goals.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, email, etc……)
