- Receive inbound calls for guiding sellers about operations and general information on shop.om
- Train sellers on Shop systems, processes, and procedures, and ensure compliance to these
- Call sellers on order fulfillment, verifying account information, increasing assortment on their shops
- Maintain the call quality and productivity as per the set target & ensure company compliance
- Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per target assigned.
- Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required.
- Punctuality: Strict adherence to the roster.
- Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided.
